So rumour has it that today the bridge-building between negotiating parties began with emails stating how much salary will be deducted from pilots taking protected industrial action on Thursday.
There is more angst and ill feeling caused by not negotiating and sending intimidatory emails than just meeting the market rate for salary. Alledgedly, it's not even as if the initial CHC claim was as high as Bristow were awarded in their successful negotiation. In fact, it is my understanding it is less.
