After filling in my application I got a email from Rishworth that I didn't meet the minimum requirements.
2500 hrs Boeing C17 PIC, JAA license and EU passport.
The reason was that I didn't have a TR on one of the mentioned types like 737, 747 etc.
And they had enough applicants to not make exceptions
