I'm going to have to agree with NowThatsFunny.
This thread has (almost) everything you need to know about the CX Cadet Pilot Programme from applicants, ranging from failed and successful to the critics of the programme.
Due to the nature of of the Cadet Programme, being a competitive and intensive process, you should do most of the studying on your own. Of course we allow discussion, sharing and constructive cooperation (helping each other in a meaningful way) but I'll be honest, that was a stupid question to ask especially with the amount resources you have in this thread.
