The condition are appalling and below truck driver standard since Norwegian requires all agencies to inform each pilot's country tax authority of their income. They had such an overwhelming number of applicants ( few retired KLM, Loco FO and Cpts) that Virgin Atlantic pilot will fly the first two aircraft and " mentor" the B737 Loco guys they were able to source. There is a ex EK TRE in management ,based in Norway, not in BKK , with a "special" deal and that is it. And lot of ladyboys on board...enjoy.
