The value mentioned by JGSE(24200 QAR) is for Senior first officer( after 3 years as a operational F/O in the company,(based on your final line check))
Sorry I'm talking about what you mentionned regarding the Qatari's salary, what I've heard is the contrary, they don't have 60% difference that's why many of them are leaving for the army where they get that 60% increase of salary
