when will this company start to operate with G registered aircraft like wot proper companies are obliged to do?
This raises an interesting point. Are UK licence holders still expected to have G- registered aircraft, or will any European Community country's registration now do. There are so many other regulations where the requirement to have some form of certification in the UK has been replaced by the same from any European country.
If you do still need to have aircraft registered in your home country, how do Ryanair manage it with their Irish-registered Stansted/Prestwick fleet, along with their other bases in Europe. They must have aircraft which don't go near Ireland from one week to the next. Conversely the much-maligned EuroCeltic was Irish-owned and based their fleet in Ireland, but had G-registered aircraft only.
