Talk about "big brother" stupidity. How many MOD accommodation blocks have burned down in the past due to this dreadfully dangerous "fire risk"
It smacks more of a policy issue so the catering company gets a captive market.
If the fire alarm system is faulty by being too sensitive, get the company who installed it to fix it so it works properly.
