Just meet the minimum requirement, that's all you need.
I worry more about the assessments! Anybody know what OAA score on COMPASS(out of ?/42) was to get to phase 2.
All 3 FTOs are all great in there own right can't go wrong with training with either one of them. My only downfall is maths at the moment, I'm good at maths just hopeless without a calculator
