Obviously, I would not get into a big investment or a serious activity (TR) without finding out the correct procedures or sequence of steps for the Initial TR from the concerned authority.(DGCA)
I have done enough running to DGCA DTL Section. DGCA officials favorite answer or statement regarding any enquiry or question is "its all given in the DGCA website and circulars, better check it from there".
By putting my question here I am looking for the answer from the correct source (Typerated Pilots) as they are the best people to tell you the correct sequence of steps prior to the TR.
its not escaping from hard work by putting up an enquiry here,but getting in the information from all the sources and from those who know the situation better.
