As it stands at the moment Virgin are currently not taking on new applicants (Refer to their website) on the boeing or ejet fleets. Im assuming the 200 multi is the ATR position. It doesn't state PIC multi 200hrs so if you have 200 multi hours then you meet that requirement.
Regarding the 500 multi, regardless of whether you have prior 737 time or not if you do not meet the 500 multi time figure then I'd imagine that you would not be shortlisted as you do not the this min requirement.
