Adria Flight School
all,if you coming to adria flight school in slovenia i suggest you to think twice.. the school has drastically changed from mid 2012.. most of the instructors have left( mostly captains and first officers in adria airways) their fleet has been drastically trimmed down from 3 cruiser 4 pipers and one cessna.. to only 3 cruisers and 1 piper and 1 cessna. the cessna is prvatley owned but its still for use by the FTO.. they have no flight dispatchers.. lacklusture instructors who dont care much.. theres only 8 instructors who are in the school.. from a much bigger list of 25.. lectures were mostly done in english but some imprtant ones were in slovenian language.. but translated.. the CAA here only has exams 5 times a year.. which makes a serious issue.. there are no onsite flight dispatchers or technicians.. if theres a problem the plane can be grounded up to 2-3 weeks.. the only good thing i see is the FNPT they have.. fantstic for IFR traning.. key people have resigned.. and its not practical in doing a zero to atpl course here.. if you wanna fly every day here and complete the course as soon as possible.. you cant.. they give you 1000 reasons not to.. there are for sure more resignations on the way..
