To quote JAR-FCL 2:

2.285 Theoretical Knowledge

'The holder of a CPL(H) and IR(H) satisfies knowledge requirements for the issue of an ATPL(H)'

So... I guess there is not actually ATPL(H) level theory´but maybe an ATPL(H) integrated course!!!
