I have always assumed helicopters are welcome at all pubs and hotels with space to land . I have found that to be the case and have been the first to land at many over the years , only due to nobody having asked before !!
I am happy to buy an expensive bottle of wine but I refuse to ever pay landing fees !! ( and when I find out too late I do a runner ....)
