very interesting post!In my opinion,Changing your license over will be the easy part. The difficult part will be getting working status in Canada. As there are already a lot of pilots in Canada without jobs it's hard to immigrate here as a pilot. The easiest way to do immigrate is if you are an engineer, doctor, nurse etc.
