and note the form is fairly general purpose - if just applying on the basis of a current JAA licence and SEP rating, you don't need to supply all those totals of hours, test certs, etc (sections 4 to 7) BUT don't miss the signature from your local club/school CFI who has inspected your paperwork - section 8
Plenty of JAR PPLs over 50 are swapping over to avoid the yearly JAR medical costs if the NPPL fits their flying habits anyway.
