Africa/Middle East entry level ifr pilot

Im a experienced pilot (FAA IFR/TC CPL/Australian CPL IREX) with low IFR/offshore time with a 412 endorsement looking for work to build offshore time, cojo or cpt, anyone have any insight please pm me
