At this point of time it will be a wise decision to opt B737 type rating instead of A320 as per Indian job scenario though A320 is better for long run but at this point of time there are lots of guys with A320 rating and last vacancy which came and recruited guys was last year in feb by Indigo. As far as A320 is concerned Indigo wont hire again in next 6 months due to huge backlog and Go air is hiring guys from KF on regular basis.
But Jet is hiring 737 guys alot and in future they might continue to do so as they are planning to order aound 40 737's in paris air show and expansion plan is also good due to Ey coming in.
