Unless you have one or two small planes sitting in your backyard and got nothing else to do with them and your money I honestly do not think that this is a very good idea.

There's plenty operators around these days doing all kinds of stuff and it'll be hard to find that niché that creates enough revenue to sustain your dream. Plus all those fees and levys you pay as an operator work in a way that there is no chance to be a "small enterprise". You will be forced to grow, you simply have to, to stay competitive and not run out of money.

That being said: Tanzania is worse, far worse. They might just manage to bring their whole aviation industry to a grinding halt in the near future. At least the Kenyans woke up a while ago and things are moving there.
