JMC - you could try flybe.- british european at BHX for a c.s position - also if your interested in flying the company has is it's own sposorship scheme which you could apply for after you have gained some experience of working for a airline.
The only downside is the position's at BHX will be on the ticket desk as we use Aviance for load control and despatch there.
