Now how did the Eagled Eyed Crewman tweak to their being "Junior Medical Staff"?
Maybe because of one obvious reason. Senior medical staff don't live in the junior doctors accommodation, (signposted on site as residences), something that I expect the local paramedics & eagle eyed helicopter crew would know.
On this planet, 'Medical Residency' means.........
