If you matched the routes up well, you could squeeze in Paris and 3 other rotations in a day. You'd have to combine the aircraft with the shorter UK routes like Bristol and Birmingham. If Dublin came back, that could also work to get four rotations out.
It would leave EIR with little scope for absorbing delays, but that's nothing new to them.
