Absolutely. There's also no need to draw attention to yourself. If asked why you're here, "a holiday" is entirely truthful. Someone planning on jet-skiing wouldn't say "a jet-skiing holiday", so there's no need for you to say "a flying holiday" when "a holiday" answers the question perfectly well.
