The fact that customers potentially want to use their airport rather than drive to Lba ( hard to reach).
I'm sure they do providing the price is right, but the problem is there is not enough potential customers to make scheduled services viable. OK you may make a sucess of once weekly sun charters throughout a short summer season but any scheduled service is quite another thing. The airlines know this as I'm sure the airport does.
