The SAR posters will attempt to shoot me down, telling me how many 'successful' transfers they have undertaken, but the level of medical care will always be compromised
yet they keep on tasking us to do them and, when time is of the essence, getting that person to the specialist medical care they need appears to be the correct clinical decision or we wouldn't be asked in the first place.
