I had previously referred to them as VARA, for highlightings sake of that post I referred to them as Skywest.
It doesn't change (for now) that 'VARA' has their own recruitment department and that cadets will go to 'VARA'
I dare say come 2015 Vara pilots will find themselves on the seniority list, and recruitment for the ATR/F50/F100 will be integrated and streamlined into the Virgin mainline (shudder) process.
The same won't happen for Tiger unless VA buys the rest.
