My money's on two separate entities, something like "...... operated by
Virgin Australia Regional Airlines - a wholly owned subsidiary of Virgin Australia".
Same as Qantaslink.
How/whether career opportunities eventuate within the whole group will be up to the company. They
could do a Qantas and actively exclude the vast majority of their regional pilots, but then again they might not. Nonetheless, I suspect part of the consideration will be based on how the imminent (former) Skwest EBA pans out.
The rest? Who knows.
