Had a look at the IASCO website and it details the pay and benefits quite in detail, I would guess that is what to expect right? Are you talking about the full contract when you say T and C?
I personally still need a few months to comply with PIC hours requirement, good luck to all who apply. I hope for us there is a chance to join the company directly with perm contract in the future, you never know (i know it s the contract world, but it scares me a bit to potentially be jobless after 3 years)
