They will be in desperate need for crews towards the end of the year, the available number of JCAB rated pilots have dried out ( the ones willing to work for the T&C's they are offering) I expect them to start hiring non JCAB rated "foreign" pilots later this year, the T&C'S are low and they know it, but although one side wants to have a more competitive pay package, the other doesn't want to set a precedent,
it will be interesting to watch how the need for qualified crews will influence the resulting offer!
