what do you think AL are likely to do with those people should they be successful, make them sit through the whole process again but just sit out the actual exams?
Since AL is paying for most of the training, I think they would benefit from students who have already done ratings and some exams. AL won't have to pay for those exams for those students so those students would 'cost less' to them .
