I own and maintain a Cessna on my licence. Not a problem. You will need an arrangement for renewing the ARC with a Part M organisation. As I prepare all the docs and maintain them it costs me about £300 a year. I am a little cautious about the extra requirements a training aircraft might have (if any) as I have no experience in this area.

My annual maintenance costs excluding parts are £300 ARC, £100 Radio Annual.
All other labour is down to me.
