Actually, the exact wording is more like this:
"If you are not sure of a question, select you best answer and move on. Avoid Guessing"
Now, it's a bit contradictory... since obviously if you are not sure, then your 'best' answer will be a guess.
That is the only reason I deemed it acceptable enough to answer all the questions. Either way, it would be a bit of a shame to fail someone just for attempting all of them.
