"Discrimination" means making a choice, determining or identifiying a diffrerence between.

I discriminate between people when I decide which one to talk to, or which one to employ or kick in the nuts. I discriminate between sandwiches when I decide which one to buy or which road to take at a junction.

An airline discriminates between blind people and sighted when it recognises there is a difference between them, just as it does between male and female pax on the booking form or between children and adults.

So your point is? (on this thread - because in the other parallel one you started on the exact same subject you merely asked about seating policy for blind pax)
