Yes 90 days to reply, but in the interim the report sits there in the public domain identifying the deciet that is exhibited by CASA and ATSB day by day.
In any normal circumstance there would be resignations stemming from this, however we all know CASA and the ATSB are a "law unto themselves".
Now the pubic get to know the obsfucation, deciet , untruthfulness , and willingness to put the blame for systemic faults on anybody other than themselves.
