Ryanair do not need experience crews and will never pay for a type rating, unless you are an experienced captain joining on the LHS. This system WORKS.
Same in Wizzair, same in Vueling, same everywhere.
Nowdays, if you want to have an A320 type rating or a B737NG type rating I am affraid you will have to pay for it. If you don't then hundred of other people will, and that's it. Gold old days are over.
