Shame on them
Its almost unbelievable some of the conversations about the possible terms and conditions with this outfit almost akin to shady deals done with second hand car salesman or loan sharks. The full t and c,s should be fully transparent fair and equitable, i.e they pay for the training(a bond) and pay a market rate for the job and pay toward a pension. It would appear that Monarch will still do this and treat our profession with the respect it deserves. I really think one would have to desperate to work for this Company, if its all smoke and mirrors from the outset what will be like once you,re in?
