Been said before and will say it again, the study, the work and the input of Sarcs and others is tremendous. Surely some good can come from the way in which the internet, and forums such as this airing much insight and valid criticism, has revolutionised the 'outsiders' dissection and analysis of complexities involving legislation and administration.
