CLOUD999; yes it is. In general one can say that of all the money a company pays
for you, you will cash half. The rest is social tax normally paid by the company, and income tax paid by the individual.
What NLH is offering, you also have to pay the social fees, why you'll cash only about SEK 42,000 of the about 86,000 NLH (Rishworth) pays you.
One can also make the comparison if you would have been paid a "normal" salary (where NLH would have paid the social taxes), then you would make about SEK 65,000 gross (about € 7,500) and SEK 42,000 net (about €4,900).
I really can't see how NLH benefit from this setup regarding the pilots. It is not much more expensive to employ in Scandinavia, if one expects the same net salary. The only thing left out in this calculation is of course the pension contribution by the company, job security, vacation according to Swedish law and many other things...
