Running a program here in Canada, and just about to graduate our first crop. We have been asking VN Military for plates/charts/VFR/IFR, and have gotten nowhere
. I am now appealing to any folks operating in that part of the world: First querstion is do these things exist (ICAO, so gotta believe at least the Jepp plates are out there. VNCs and VTAs might be harder to come by)? Second question is can I get you to send me your expired copies for a resource to use in the program?
You will have my eternal gratitude, and cocktails at the Nha Trang Sailing Club in August when I deliver the first machine!!
