Yeah very interesting...I know BA's Future Pilot Programme did at least have a couple of short answer questions (500 words-ish?) relating to challenges facing BA and why you would be appropriate for the course, so that many could be filtered out at application stage.
It does, however, state that there will be online tests to complete so perhaps everyone who meets the minimum requirements will complete the tests and then they will filter from there?
