Aer Lingus needs some blue pens. Many blue pens are available and ready to join Aer Lingus. Aer Lingus instead send out a request for red pens(Whom the Irish tax-payer spent thousands of euros on to send them to red-pen university) and plans to re-train them as blue pens at a cost of 50000 euro to the company.
