The reason why I am really upset and feel cheated
is that profit share is part of the
contract I signed and remuneration package I expect. I know PS depends on the company making a profit, but the company does make a profit. I don't really care about the practicalities.... It is way too easy to set up unrealistic targets or artificially reduce the profit!
If they start taking away what I signed for and what
they promised, this is the beginning of the end. What's next?
