This inquiry only happened after Four Corners. Perhaps that is another option getting the ABC to follow up? I'm sure it may wake up a few people.
Like Sunfish says so many people have tried fighting these issues. As you can see from the casa responses to Quinn and Aherne it isn't an easy option.
The GA meeting thread shows the relationship between regulator and industry is strained and that needs to be fixed.
But I do support your view that we have to try. Writing to the new minister and new das would be worthwhile. I really hope the senate do something - but last ones have been washouts.
This thread is getting closer to 400,000 views which is pretty good. Although what would a Four Corners follow up get.
