In Italy it's 5354 for
everyone until the next 1st of April (except for those serving their initial period on flexi roster).
Note: some Captains have voluntarily accepted flexi roster during this summer months with a salary uplift.
From, and including, 1st of April 2014, 5454 for
everyone, then again, except for those who are still on their period as new joiners, who, after a specified time (based on experience and time served as flexicrew), will join the 5454 as everyone else.

And yes, continental Europe Captain transfer lists are quite long presently. But no one forces you to take up Command and move to LGW or wherever.
