Just a thought, but somewhere in the archives at BA there may be records from either the Ops Control system (FICO) or the maintenance control system (DISC), both of which will give you chapter and verse on the flights operated by Papa Oscar since the respective systems went live.
Of course they are probably on half-inch tape that nobody can read any more.
