JAA to EASA ATPL

A little confusion regarding the EASA licenses.
I currently have a valid JAA ATPL (from the Netherlands) which includes an expired B777 type rating with restrictions (non JAA aircraft only) as well as an expired JAA B737 rating (non restricted).
I just need to renew and keep the B777 type rating on my license (current on type with a non JAA operator 7000 TT, 2500 B777), would it be automatically transferred to the new EASA ATPL if I provide the non JAA (or non EASA) approved LPC?
