without telling anyone what these programs are, or do, its close to impossible for anyone to comment. for instance, why is it trying to access port 62023? Why is it accessing the loopback address? If these are commercial off the shelf programs, tell us what they are and someone may be able to help. If they're bespoke programming, go back to the programmer.
