The drop off parking charges at Norwich are quite reasonable...
0 to 10 mins - free.
Up to 30 mins - £1.
Up to 60 mins - £3

Compared to say Stansted...
0 to 10 mins - £2
Up to 15 mins - £3
Over 15 mins - £50 penalty!
