Lately we've had people resigning in let's say unceremonious ways, not giving the company the required 90 days notice as per contract and such, guys returning to recalls in the US basically, so what has been the case in the past might not be the policy going forward, I would suggest to contact the contract companies and find out what is the requirement in terms of your status/verification with previous employment, I would imagine that furloughed guys will become undesirables around here, well, that is if they are capable to learn from their mistakes, that is something that after several years here I'm yet to see!
