Government Auctions
Has anyone ever been to or bought an aircraft from a government auction, ie. due to seizure or forfeiture and if so, what was the experience like? What was the condition of the A/c? Were the starting bids market value, more or less? Were there any special conditions or responsibities placed upon the buyers? This topic may be specific to the U.S., I am not sure, but any input would be appreciated.
