I wonder if the cargo ripped out the fixing points on the fuselage.
Perhaps an element of the MRAP
cargo failed, (eg an axle collapsed, unlikely I realise), that then lead to abnormal forces on other loading points and a movement of part of the cargo outside the C of G envelope.
